    if he said "ok ra, brother or ok ra bai" then why would he say "ang mag.exit interview ang nresign rmn ata"? didn't he imply another person is trying to do the exit interview? and you should check how he answered the question and the logic.


    I think what he's implying is that DILI PWEDE mag-exit interview ang AWOL. ang ni-resign ra. thus making more sense to the phrase "dili na pwd bai/brother"

    Daghan issues ani nga kompanya oi.. siguro to list them all down requires you to advance 5 pages... hahaha... pinaka issue ani nga company nganu jud magkuwang imong sweldo og 300 - 500 pesos. Multiply that number to the number of headcount. Then add the ghost employee salary sa payroll or katong mga last pay nga wala nay mo claim. There you go! kwarta sa management haha..

    WHY BECAUSE....
    A lot of people are resigning from Q because of the management and they pay... but mainly the management and overall management (which includes the pay and probably kurakot leeches somewhere handling the pay... LOL)

    Now what's the relation of people resigning? Well DUH. There is going to be a LIMIT. AGAIN (if it's back to old process). It used to be 20 people a day, Wednesday and Fridays. IDK what now. So, it's best to schedule your exit interview before you even hand out your resignation letter.

    When you go to the 9th Floor to make your schedule, you'll be surprised how many people are resigning and how long you are in line. If it's not as exaggerated as what I actually said, make sure your exit schedule coincides with your effective date of resignation. AFTER, okey? NOT BEFORE. But that won't probably happen because you might have to wait 2 months for your actual exit interview.

    Think about it. If you give your resignation letter and schedule your exit interview after a week or after your effective date of resignation, a lot of people will be before you. And it may be over 2-3 months from the list. Then the final pay is supposedly 2-3 months after. Give or take they don't screw up with the list and documents of people who resigned, the worst case scenario is you may get it 4-5 MONTHS AFTER YOUR EXIT INTERVIEW. That means, no documents from your previous employer if you plan to apply to another company.

    Imagine you hand out your resignation letter March 1 and it's effective April 1. If you only schedule your Exit interview at the 9th floor by April 1, your actual exit interview schedule may be JUNE or JULY. + 3 months for your last pay....? = October? Or worse.

    GOOD LUCK ALL RESIGNEES! (That's a neologism really)
