Base on what i see... That is too much volume. But then again, we are all different. Your body may be used to high volume workouts. If it works for you then stay with it. "overtraining" rarely happens when you have spot on nutrition and rest. It is nothing to be concerned about for average individuals
yesterday i tried not to do flat dumbell press ug 2 set lang sa flyes...wa kau ko pamaol...fel nako sayang ang pagalsa nako... is it good to hit ur chest twice a week wid 2 or 3 days interval sir?...like doing light and heavy chest day in a week? or hit other chest exersices on the next chest day...? chest is my weakest area...
