    Default SUN CELLULAR Call Disconnection


    I have a sun postpaid line.. Have you guys experienced any call disconnection whenever you're the one initiating the call? Mine gets cut off after 20 minutes... My impression was that this 'call disconnects' only happen to prepaid accounts... Any postpaid users here who are experiencing the same?

    My friend on a sun cellular post paid line also experiences that. What's worse is, he gets cut off every 15 minutes most of the time.
    Funny when they are supposed to chunk in more call times from post paid users for additional revenue.

    In the end, cowards are those who follow the dark side.

    ana man jud cguro na ang sun ma cut after 15 to 20 mins.. ako kay after 20 mins putol jud. pro ok ra man kay sulit man pud kaayo ang unlimited call & text nila. layu ra au sa uban telco na offer.

    that's part of their unlimited call package to prevent network over congestion. coz sun cellular doesn't have that many interconnection especially to other carriers (globe and smart).

    postpaid line gets cut every 20mins...
    shorter ang time pag prepaid...like every 10mins or so cguro...basta longer cut times ang postpaid...

    ok lang naman yon...easy to call back...sulit gyapon kaayo...
    and how often do you talk on the phone for 20mins or more on important matters...
    else telebabad naman intawon na oi...hehehe!

    for prepaid users for sun there is a limit in sun-to-sun calls. i think 15mins? but i heard na 30mins na dw.but not well updated anymore since i transferred to post paid. and the privilege of post paid u get longer talk time. i was able to call and talk for almost an hour. unfortunately my battery died so mao na.. i didn't get the exact number of mins. i am capable of calling.. but i dont know about the others ha.. my experience lang.. long time ago na sd.. about several months na..

    Sun i think is just sufferring to so much network traffic due to call & text unlimiteds... card2x ra man ako.. madisconnect sya kalit like every 15mins to 20 mins.. its not new to me and i understand their services are hard to perfect.
