15-20min nga threadmill is great! labi na everyday pa jud! keep it up! plus nag diet pa jud ka nya nag work out, ayaw lang pugsa imo kaugalingon sa threadmill, kay ma over trained nya ka, inig ka anad na nimo magka daghan ra nya imo ma kuha nga calorie,
