then my suggestion is just go with the phone whose design you like the best. Sony and HTC imo has the best looking phones

now for the questions i asked you:

my point for no. 1 is if you want your phone to receive the latest Android OS update, you go with any Nexus phone (currently Nexus 4). brands to avoid are LG and Sony

for no. 2 if you're a heavy user, avoid HTC. historically the battery life of their recent models suck

for no. 3 if you want user-replaceable batteries, avoid HTC and Sony

for no. 4 Go for the cheapest flagship. doesn't matter which brand. pero kung nagbaha imo kwarta, aw palita tanan hasta mga Windows 8 phones og iPhones haha

other considerations like camera performance, music, expandable memory, etc., if you're OC with regards to these things, you can check out phone review sites like GSMARENA

    mura samsung S3 nlng cgru..
pero sa mga quad core karon unsay pnka nindot nga available??....

nindot in terms of performance og kapaspason?

Xperia Z supposedly has high benchmark scores pero wala pa na diri sa Pinas since it's very new. i would suggest waiting for at least a month or two before considering buying the model in order to get more feedback from users

naay uban pang mga bag-ong models mogawas karong summer, maybe wait for the announcement. tngalig naa pa kay makit-an lain

sa mga available nga naa diri, i think S3 is considered generally good. don't know if there are any existing deal-breaker issues though since i don't own one. maybe you can check out an S3 user forum to get some feedback

personally bisan asa ana nila dili naman ka magmahay wala man gani ko sa ako dual core nga phone jelly bean na nuon ni, unless kung super nerd jud ka or bragg about how fast your phone is, over kill naman kaayo mga quad core karon wala pa jud ko kita app nga maka flex ani ila muscles.. for me nexus 4 kung ma overcome lng nimo ang limitation niya sa storeage ok jud kaayo siya nga phone... sony xperia z, lg optimus g, or htc one, imo nalng jud taste sa looks ang maka decide...

also base sa camera performance nindot ang xperia z, HTC one looks promising pero lets wait for some reviews... sila pa ang full 1080 HD asside sa HTC butterfly if I'm corrent

oh i forgot that you mentioned 20-28K budget haha

Xperia Z is out of the question, that's probably going to be 30K+ unless by some miracle Sony decides to be competitive in their pricing here in the Philippines

yeah, i agree about the overkill part especially kung dili nimo magamit iyang pagkaquadcore (if you're not really using applications that would exploit the 4-core capabilities of your phone). the GPU is a different story if you're into graphics-heavy games

why stay out of sony? sila ang pinakahumot ron sa android developers. they released the kernels and drivers for free to developers para sa ilang xperia z before even launching the phone sa public. LG, masabtan ra kung LG jud na nga phone kay notorious jud na sila sa ilang lack or super delayed software updates pero kung LG Nexus, wa nay labot ang LG sa software updates ana. Nexus phones are Google controlled.
