RGB vs CMYK

Guyz, unsa major difference aning duha? nag try ko design using RGB sa photoshop after that nindot cya inig preview nko, but ni.ingon ang uban nga e convert daw nko to CMYK para nindot knu nig print...but sa akong na obserbaran inig ka convert nko to CMYK mura man ma low quality ang image nig preview nko..gi compare nko ang duha pag preview mas nilutaw man ang RGB nya ang CMYK kay ni dry ang color.. nganu kaha?any idea??

unsa d i imong gihimo for print or for graphic/web images? if for print kasagaran CMYK if for web purposes like logo, banner and etc RGB ra akong gamit..

for print master like sticker..

bisan asa pwede.. ang importante naa kay raw files (.PSD or .AI) para dali ra ang pag adjust/convert sa color.

ambot lang kaha ron bro offset paman to nga printer machine katong dagko bro kasagaran mga calendario, libro, campaign signages ug uban pa.. karon daghan naman mga digital printer nga dagko pwed ra cguro RGB or CMYK wala may makabuot nimo unsa imong feel..

I guess depende sad na sa imo printer gamiton bro... if dli siya CMYK pag RGB nalang

Actually there is a big difference between CMYK and RGB.

Designers never use CMYK for Web related / PC / Laptop Screen stuffs
as well as RGB is never used for printing.

RGB has a bigger scope than CMYK so meaning, mas daghan og colors
ang RGB part ra ang CMYK ana with lesser colors
RGB - light while CMYK - ink

if you use RGB to print, there are most probably big chances nga mausab ang colors nimo ig print
kay sa RGB makapili ka og daghan kaayo nga colors, whatever you like pero if naka cmyk ka then
i print na nimo kadto nga colors dili to siya existing sa CMYK since part ra ang CMYK sa RGB.
That's why if mag print ka usahay feel nimo nga ni dark ang imong artwork/design/poster kay tungod
na nga ingon ana. Dili nimo i blame ang printer kay ang printer nag sunod rana sa kung unsa ang
gisugo sa iyaha. So dili ka ka ingon nga depende ra nimo kay di gyud na siya ingon ana. Mao gyud na ang standard.

there is a big difference...

sakto sila about rgb....for monitor/tv screen output purposes

but...inig convert nimo into cmyk...for print media output purposes na

mausab na ang situation...

example...overprint sa black

this is to prevent the rainbow effect when dealing with textual situation wherein most of your texts are in 100% black and you have a colored background on it.
