summary:
We were already done when the last order came (they said it was because "na serve sa lain" )
They charged us for Bottomless and insisted that we pay for it. Even If it wasnt refilled because the waiters were too busy running around looking at the "artista" whe was dining at bigbys..
We demanded that the bill be changed (just to show them a lesson)
They asked thier guard to talk to us. (prob to intimidate us.. which was very wrong )
We explained that we wer not going to pay for bottomless since we werent given a refill in the first place.
They were not sincere when apologizing so we still had doubts. We paid in cash (so we wouldnt complicate the bill.).
They gave us the change but when we checked it... they still charged us for bottomless even after they apologized!!! what a$$holes!
They were trying to play fools out of us!
Waiters should wait. That exaclty why they are called "waiters". And do not pass around the blame especially if you are the manager.
DO NOT MAKE EXCUSES! Take ownership of the issue because you represent the company you work for.
My dad came to Cebu for a business meeting the next day. Imagine how many customers they lost. too bad.
They have a lot to learn as far as cutomer service is concerned.
