I had my hair permed at Franzy last 2010. Although the types of curls I wanted were short, jagged and frizzy ("sexy bed-head" look ;p) it only cost me around Php 1000 at that time... I think they charge Php 1200 now, I'm not sure but you should try it.... I recommend the Franzy in guadalupe next to Fooda.

The "ate" who did my hair was very fast and the outcome was really professional!
