    Well said sirnoy.juan! Naa raba gyud tao nga inganah. Bisan ako nga degree holder, mas muhanga pako sa tao nga di degree holder pero grabe og experience sa kinabuhi nga maabot sa naa'y degree.

    dili man tingali na sala sa isa ka taw kung mag ka degree siya
    dili man sad tingali na sala sa employee kung ma dawat siya or ma promote tungod sa iyahang degree

    @masakiton, have you read my post clearly?

    the advantage of a degree holder is paper... nothing more nothing less.. take that away... what are they?... on even grounds... they are no difference... kadaghan nako nakasugat ug ing-ani nga mga taw... so mao dili jud ko motoo sa papel...

    i have endure being looked down by a degree holder many times... na... thats the stereotype nga hangtod karong naa pa...

    Pero example karon. Majority of the companies na gahire is nangita og experienced applicants. Unsa ang bout sa degree holder specially fresh grad compared sa applicant nga experienced but not a degree holder?

    kasagaran pud company labi na mga MNC... tan awon pud sa management ang experience and educational background sa promotion / hiring (labi na sa senior position)
