if that case... i based it on their work... not all experienced are created equal.. you know... some have more years experience yet their work is like done by a 3rd grader... its not about how long... its how you do it by learning from real world work.... you dont learn that from school... kapila nako naka sugat kunuhay degree holder with experience yet ang trabaho mura agi sa bag-ong graduate...

ive done this before and i would do it again.. often times when i give a test ang less experience always fail...

yes its true, but they are now more open minded... you see.. before they will only post "With a degree" qualification... unlike right now they add "With a degree or alteast with years of equivalent experience"... they now finally recognize the experience as comparable to a degree sometimes even more...

kaming mga drop out na stereotype sa society just because we weren't able to finished college we are hopeless, unsuccessfull... well i will prove it wrong... anywhere... anytime... ill gonna slap my achievements that i get... i just hate stereotypes..

this are my preference... its not standard... but yet i get good results on this preference... so far it work pud diri sa amoa office... we get good result by not looking in to papers but looking into experience in the said job and how they work.. if a degree holder can pass that then good he;s hired but if not... its not... thats why on my upcoming ventures and projects i will be looking into this drop out...

mas naa advantage ang naai degree interms of promotion / hiring
ang experience ma gain baya na samtang nag trabaho
kung nag trabaho ka nya mo eskwela for degree .... mo gahin ka ug oras para eskwela

not entirely... i prefer experience but if thats your preference it might work for you, then thats good... i work on a multinational company btw...

drop outs and degree holder... walay kalainan except on papers... skills and experience are not taught in schools... a diploma is just fancy paper you can proudly hang on your wall... but i dont recommend dropping out though...

i have meet a lot of so called professionals who have masters na sa US then made some awesome thesis... but when it came to actual game... they failed... most of them mga dagkong apelyido diri sa cebu...

true you gain experience while working but -

degree holder = unsharpen knife needs sharpening first
experienced = already a sharpen knife...

for cost effectivity... you get a bang for a buck for an experience person over a degree holder which is i would say... "VIRGIN" pa.. pero experience na siya... then good for him sharpen knife na siya...

if i want to go to school right now i have to sacrifice a lot of things i have to see first that my business and ventures are stable enough to stand on its own...

    to whom it may concern:
ako lang hangyo sa mga degree holder... ayaw mog palabi dako inyo ulo.... porke naka human mo inyo lang i look down kaming mga drop out ug walay nahuman... coz if you encounter some one like me that wont hesitate in bringin you down...

i endure this stereotype for many years... its my time to hit back...
