Hello everyone! I stumbled upon this forum in search of Filipino workers from companies such as Teleperformance. I would like to ask for your kind indulgence in answering this survey for my thesis. Participants need to meet the ff. requirements — must be working in a company that has access to the internet, and must be working in a company that has a policy on gadget usage during work hours yet still admit to using the internet for personal matters (eg you aren't allowed to use your cellphones during work, you can't access other websites other than work-related ones during your shift - but you still do).
