    fiber rich food, most of the vegetables and fruits....
    at least 8 glasses of watre...

    "prunes" mostly causes diarrhea...

    Metamucil - is a bulk laxative.... it wont cause diarrhea nor constipation... read the label...

    Naay naka recommend dire ug usa ka brand nga gatas tuo ako ana.....

    Former heavy coffee drinker ako, pero pag-inom nako balik ug non-fat milk last week at 1st i tot i had some stomach problems or became lactose intolerant. But actually it solved my constipation problem. Mahimo pa gyud ug energy drink in prep for badminton games. im now making it part of my daily diet....

    I agree nga fiber will also help. During my study in the States on food and animal feeds a professor liken it to cattle wherein there are pebbles inside their stomachs that will aid in digestion. Fiber being fit for human consumption will help cleaning up the digestive system and restore its regular functions. Whole wheat breads are getting to be common commercially so try it instead of the regular white breads or buns or those fiber enrichment powders.....

    fiber and more fiber rich foods labi na morning kay ang food last night na nakan ready nto mo gawas its just a matter of pushing it para ma train ang atong body clock what i do is i just drink 3/4 glass of cold milk pagmata gud nko AKA buhagay gud ka pas2x kaau ang effect but after pila ka day ma anad na ang tiyan sa milk dili na kaau mo sakit put mo trigger na cya na popo time na
