    Default How long did PLDT upgrade your internet service?


    Hey guys. i'm quite in a dilemma here. No, not really quite. IM PISSED OFF?

    First off, this thread is not to put PLDT's reputation down so think twice.

    I went to pldt business office (Jones branch) and applied to upgrade Bundle Plan 999 to Excite 1995 on FEBRUARY 1.

    Customer service teller told me, the upgrading program should be complete in 1 - 3 days. (Never mentioned except weekends)

    February 4, I called PLDT 172 to find out if they really worked on it. Dude in the phone tells me there is no Job Order? And then tells me, It should be complete in 1 - 3 days.

    It is February 7 and still no upgrade. HELP?

    mga 1 week na siya sir.

    pero sa akoa kay bali lang. nag pa downgrade ko from excel to excite.
    follow up lang para malihok na

    kasuway ko ani nila boss. ang naka pait pajud saona kay ako gi kuha na plan before kato 1mb nila that was way back 2005, after a year or 2, ni upgrade na diay ila system ato from 1mb to 2mb, if it not sa ako friend told me na 2mb or 3mb na ba to iyaha i would not know jud, so after that i called 172 and asked whats my current internet speed and he/she told me that it was still 1mb. so after that i wen directly to pldt jones to complain. i asked them how come my internet was still at 1mb when they upgraded their plan from 1mb to 2mb a year ago dli ba diay automatic na mo 2mb amo direcho since im paying the same amount as the 2mb plan. ang customer service na blanko! ok sir amo lang dayon ni e upgrade imo plan. HUWAT SA! so meaning kung wala ko ni anhi and wala ko kabalo wala jud mo plano mo upgrade sa ako plan! ILAD ILAD mani inyo! lingi tanan tao uy! purting puwaha sa nag atiman nako, sorry nalang jud kay purti jud nako ka pungot sa ilang gi buhat!

    bisan nalang ug speed upgrade or unsa...

    TS, follow-up nalang gyud ka ana...wa man tay mahimo kaayo ani gud...monopoly mani sa Globelines ug PLDT...
    and to think, Globelines internet sucks really bad...

    Update: Called PLDT today, they said job order has been issued and is now under process. And then dude in the phone tells me i have to wait another 3 -5 days? SERIOUSLY?

    Try Bayantel. Call 254-3633 and look for Rye.
