sakto sila ts. it's either she's pregnant or she just gave birth or had a miscarriage. naa pud time na naay abnormality sa iyahang hormones which made her system believe that she's pregnant even if she's not and she lactates. the best thing to do is to consult a doctor.

some women even if wala silay baby or mabdos mag lactate sila... i think your GF has high level of prolactin (search lang sa meaning kapoy type or paste)

my wife had those also even if wala mi anak mao man daw nu murag balas ug mo uga... nga murag naay yuta inig tila... bwahahahahahahahahaha
