I'm wondering if you're interested ani:

I am selling a Gift Certificate for an OVERNIGHT STAY in a DELUXE ROOM with BREAKFAST FOR TWO at HOTEL ELIZABETH BAGUIO. I won this one during their 2nd year anniversary last Nov. 16.

RFS: I am not going to Baguio any time soon.

The terms and conditions of the GC are as follows:
1. GC is not convertible to cash.
2. GC should be used in its full face value. No change will be paid.
3. GC is not replaceable when lost or damaged.
4. GC IS transferable.
5. GC is valid as indicated in front (13 May 2013).
6. GC is not applicable on long weekends, holidays, Christmas week (Dec 24 - Jan 1), Holy Week, Panagbenga for HEB (or Sinulog for HEC).
7. Subject to room availability.
8. Reservations must be made at least 7 days before date of arrival using the telephone numbers below.

Rates of a Deluxe Room for Hotel Elizabeth Baguio is at P4256.00 as provided in their website. I'm selling this one for P3,000 only (negotiable pa ni). This GC is valid until May 13, 2013 so pwede kaayo ni magamit when you go there for a summer vacation.
