ang akong point man gud is.... ok ra ta imo e pa renovate dayun inyo house... kung nikita sya.... like gpaabangan nimo cya ang ubang rooms..... kay thats a good investment....... kay dako raba interest d ba?.... ur a call center agent.... u might set aside 25% of ur salary/month para pang palit ug materials.... then pa trabaho.... tagi2x lang gud... ive seen people doing that...... wala sila ni lend.... and me myself nakabuhat ing ana...... make a plan... asa una ipatrabaho.... kanang masud sa budget......

so ang bayad sa renta mao amu ebayad sa ako loan...

nop...we have our own land tittle..its not only tax declaration...
the reason why nagdali ko ma lend amo land tittle dili lang ko maka huwat nga mag tigom ko is that.
first mahal ang bldg permit which is naka kuha amu silingan 40k iya gasto.
usa pa kung akoa jud gasto tanan which is ang labor sa tao,materials,snaks pa sa tao,ug bldg permit...
so mu lapas jud cya ug more than 150..am i right..?

not unlike nag dali ko maka loan TS its because amu silingan nga balay nga arangan ug kahimtang they offer kai as in tupad raman jud amu balay, he make a deal nga inig pa 3 story sa ilang balay ila apilon amo.and ni budget sya namo ug ana nga amount. kana nga amount is only materials it self...

yes,maayo cya nga tao pero we already ask or ni hangyo nami niya.kaso he said naka budget na daw ila money for the construction.
