If we don't start from ourselves, then who should do it?
Being positive does not always mean denial from the reality. It's about being positive finding a solution (there is always one. that is if we think positive) than wasting so much effort criticising.
Technically, the government exists because of the people. We don't look at the government as "they." This body consists of the people. One of us. Filipinos. If they are corrupt (which I strongly agree), then perhaps we should also look at the rest of us; how about those who don't belong in the government, our collegues, our superiors, those working with other private companies? There is still quite a large corruption in there.
The people has the power to replace the corrupt leaders. we've seen that. Remember Marcos and Erap? But we're still struggling, aren't we? So who should we blame now? The government whom we chose? Or the peolple who chose them (which is by the way, us)?
So I'd say, I'd agree with what they've earlier suggested here: Proper mindset, right attitude, and DISCIPLINE.
