Transas 4000 w/ WF 44 folio.
A Korean captain who has a legit copy and dongle shared it to me years ago.
It has long since expired and i do the workarounds.

naa ko sa Manila atm, samok kaayo ning re-training ila gi-imposed karon.

as big as the company and their ships are, not all are yet fitted w/ ECDIS.
in fact the last 4 vessels i've served for them walay ECDIS.
