On top of that, they disconnected my current service while the request was on the process even worse I had to pay those days that I didn't have connection. I called Customer Service to raise a complain that it appeared on my bill and I had to pay the complete full amount of my monthly bill despite 4 weeks without internet connection. What they just said was that I would take 2 months before the request for adjustment would be validated
It took a little over 2 months for them to adjust my billing when I was without service due to a faulty modem replacement. I hate calling their help line but I just keep calling them over and over. Waste of time? Yes, but it gives me a way to vent all my frustrations on them. hehehe
