Hi, I bought a RES last week out of excitement karon lang jud ni sink in sa ako how to take of them. I have 2 RES one is about 2 inches the other 1 about and and a half. Pellets akong g-feed but I've read na pwede daw carrots or pechay? Tried feeding carrots pero dili man sila ganahan. With regards to pellets, how often shoud they be fed? Sayang man gud ang pellets dili mahurot. Ive also seen some aggression,the big one keeps on kicking the small one for a week, unsa naman ni bullying? Pero last night nakabantay ko wala masuko ang dako nipatong ang gamay niya. Another thing, ang isda nga gipakapakin sa RES pagpalit nako until now naa pa man, wala man kan-a.

things to consider/ acquire/ to do.)

#Enclosure- pond or aquarium, dapat dako2x nga maka swim2x imo mga RES.
#Filter- Messy kaau nang RES, ilang tae and mga pagkaon, dapat nindot imo filtration system para dili ka everyday magilis tubig.
#Basking Area/Lamp- dapat naa jud ka basking area and basking lamp, since RES are cold-blooded.
#Pagkaon- daghan na kaau variety of RES feeds sa stores, experiment lang kung unsa ganahan sa imo RES. dried shrimp, live fish, pellets etc...
#Vitamins- Optional ni siya since wala man ko magamit ani before.hehehe.
#Gravel- If mo nagplan ka mogamit og mga gravel and bato2x, make sure nga dagko nga dili maigo sa baba sa RES, kay sometimes, pataka lang na sila kaon hasta bato.)

Naa pa diay, spend atleast 30mins. per day nga imo painitan imo RES sa sunlight.)

try daw butang og agianan niya sir para dali ra iya pagkatkat.
Pero sometimes sir, ka notice pd ko sa ako turtz nga mas ganahn sila underwater pirmi. Normal ra na xa.)

@ Reil - Naa unta ko sand gikan sa San Remegio, very fine...pwede ba ni ibutang? Basin kan-on sad nila ba

bai wala kaau ko kahibaw kung unsa barato, pero try sa whitegold and Riverfront kay daghan sila kinds of turtle food/pellets adto.)

Lisod man if mag sand ka sa imo Turtle tank bai kay messy man gud ang turtz, and you need to change water every now and then, so medyo hassle kung naa sand. Kung kaonon sad na sa turtz, medyo dili kaau na kuyaw kay fine sand man na compare sa gravel nga pede mo stock up sa ila intestine. Overall, pede ra na xa ibutang bai, but not advisable.)
