    Hello istoryans.

Nag apply ko last year ug passport. Complete ko tanan requirements, but sad to say, nasangit ko kay kulang 1 letter ang apelido sa ako mama. So ako gbuhat nag apply ko ug correction of entry of birth certificate.

NSO Birth Cert, NBI clearance(for travel)>>> For me, its easier if you go to a travel agency they will give you a checklist of the things you need to prepare) and they will be calling you for your scheduled appearance so dili ka mulinya ug dugay sa DFA (at least minus the hassle)...
I paid around Php 1,600.00 sa agency for the renewal of my passport but more or less same ra na for first time magkuha..

I processed mine yesterday. i arrived at DFA in Pacific Mall around 4am, 223 na ako number. Manung guard told us to comeback at 12noon, so I went home and had a nap. I returned around 12:30, naa pas 150 ang gi cater, so I went to the mall and eat some food. When I returned around 1.30pm, manung guard called numbers 221 to 240, we went inside. I presented my NSO w/ receipt (original), photocopy of 2 valid IDs (one is BIR id and my company ID), then photocopy of my TOR, I also presented a photocopy of my LCR birth certificate but giuli dayun since klaro ra akoa NSO (i guess..) He asked for the original TOR and IDs just to check if parehas sa photocopy, then giuli ra daun. So ang gikuha is original NSO, photocopies sa TOR ug 2 IDs. Wala rako pangitae ug NBI. Nahuman rako in about an hour. Dali raman jud diay, ang pag linya sa priority number ra ang kapoy since you should be there at dawn but they will distribute the priority numbers at 7am. Tag 950php ra ako gipili which is the regular. 1200php ang overtime daw. Releasing sa koa is March 20.

    Mao rato. Mayta nakatabang ko.
