ive read pod na :

the term "usually" and "paired" up is very general and confusing. like usually or better/recommended jud? paired up with what? white +pink lights? hehe makalibog

alsp unsay brand anang power pink na lights?

kay im thinking if sun tanning is the best tanning technique, pwede kaya mga high heat lamps? like HID( yes used sa cars) or mga MH(metal hallide) lamps?

unsa ang naa sa sun na makes it the best tan for aros? is it the
"heat discharged"?
"UV"?
"Infra red rays"?

kay if sa ka initun lang then the MH or HID can do the trick pero i doubt, mura naa sa UV?

usually man gud the tanning lights sold sa market kay balance in terms sa kelvin rating+ heat discharged+UV supplied. so wa ko kibaw unsa jud kailangan... hehe
