Hmmmm... let me site another example. The Virginia Shooting? He believes in Jesus Christ and he even admtted he will die as the same as Jesus Christ suffered. Will he be saved?Originally Posted by necrotic freak
He will be tormented in the lake of fire forever and ever.. why? He didnt repent for his sins before he died. i mean after he killed 32 people he commit suicide. lahi man ni nga situation sa imong example sa taas, first example wala cya nag hikog naa pa cya time sa pag repent ug pag admit ug pag abandoned sa iyang sins.Originally Posted by Sinyalan

No one alive can assure his/her salvation (eternal life) unless they are dead or being judged and rewarded.
The word save in the bible must be known first if what or where has been saved.
Some baptist and born again movement believed in "OSAS" once saved always saved.
With this belief many will have courage to do anything because they believed that they are saved already.
The chance to have eternal life can be lost if man will turn against the doctrine and God.
14 Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch. Matthew 15:14.
Peace!

... you mean, if a person still living - no assurance of salvation? UNLESS, when he/she is dead - he/she is assured of salvation? Klaroha kuno... kai makalibog imong logic.

there's a tendency a person alive will not continue serving God so the salvation (eternal life) will not be granted because they didn't continue in the way of God.
about my statement you've quoted:
"UNLESS, when he/she is dead - he/she is assured of salvation?"
kulang ang pagquote nimo, tara ang ako gi-post:
No one alive can assure his/her salvation (eternal life) unless they are dead or being judged and rewarded.
its clear that "dead or being judged and rewarded" so nagpadayon ni siya nga nag-alagad sa Ginoo until death.
Peace!
ako i tubag kay "luwasa ko lunch b... wala nako budget."
hehehehe...
my answer: "what's it to you?"
