Whats wrong with this picture?

The guys and gals who should be helping and guiding the young ones to excel in photography; are barely or rarely helping instead they are capping the pavement to discover new talents. There is nothing wrong with self preservation and being the best on what you do, but if you mix these two with self interest that is another story...
Yes i agree that they have done a lot of hard work to achieve their status as known photographer and as a noob on this field means that you should do the same or more hard work as they did to achieve that status but... is it worthy to be known and get greedy and narcissistic on the road to fame?
You want people to get you and be inspired on your work and be one of the best? i'm sorry but this is not the right way of doing it. you are only blocking the way for improvement and inspiration you are also handing out negative attitude to others to do the same as soon as they reach their time of fame.

NEW GUILDLINE:
Katong mga known names na sa photography ug cge na ug kadaug sa mga contest like in the Sinulog Festival. Guest nalang unta ni cla to give way for other young talents to prosper and be inspired to do more.

REASON 1- sa akoa lang gud... if you are known na... what more do you need to prove, winning the contest over and over again will only gain negative perception to other aspiring photographers out there.

REASON 2 - by setting this example to other photographers maka discover pa mo ug new talents new perspectives ug unsa pana mga bago na pama-agi sa photography coz you gave them way to show thier craft.

REASON 3 - "YOU WILL GAIN A GENUINE RESPECT OF YOUR FELLOW PHOTOGRAPHERS"

It's all about standard or setting the bar...... If you want to excel in photography you have to identify and beat the ones on the top list and stay on top of the list... giving way will not help new ones to excel in any ways... one must conquer the challenges!

In my own opinion lang Bro ha. Dili man siguro maapply ang probability ani kay naa man Judges. Ug bunoton lang siguro ni ang winner kana moapply gyod na ang probability. Example: Bisan 1000 pana imo entries nya puro bati so dili gyod na kadaog, so probability dili moapply sa imo 1000 ka entries. My cents lang.
