    korek...diet pills?? i dont think so... but i know a prescription med for asthma that is 10X better than your strongest over the counter diet/fat burner pills... i know i will be asked what it is, and kabau na daan mo unsa ako itubag

    start lage mo develop good habits usa mag supplements..

    ug mag salig ta aning diet pills noh, ma hurt lang atong kidneys, although abrupt siguro ang result, but then daku kaau ug possibility nga mobalik ang weight once mo undang sad ka ug take sa pills kay mao ramay imong gisaligan. ako, im proud to say, wala jud koy pills gi inum although it took me 4 months now to lose about 30lbs na and everyone noticed the weight loss. naa koy pics didto sa usa ka thread katong post your before and after work out pics. ang secret ra jud is to eat sensibly, avoid sweets and white carbs, eat less and move more, sa balay ra gani ko tig work out and i even binge once every other few days and it doesnt hurt to eat what you really like as long as you know your limitation. im happy sa akong achievement considering that im already in my 40's, i really thought its impossible na sa akong age but it only proved me wrong, walay edad pilion ang gusto mo lose ug weight, as long as you stay focused and hit your goal makuha ra jud nimo, depende sa imong motivation, will ug ang reason to lose. for me, its no longer for vanity but hadlok jud ko masakit due to being overweight

    Guys need help.

    If mo-alsa ko nya medyo bug-at na ang weights,
    mosakit akong shoulder.. i'm not sure if i am experiencing Rotator Cuff Tendonitis.

    Anyone who experienced this? Unsa inyo remedy or tambal pra ani..

    ma-ayo akoa usahay kai butangan nakog ice, pero if moalsa ko balik, nya maigo sa shoulder nga part,
    mosakit jud balik.. kna btawng feeling nga inig isa nmo sa shoulder or side lateral mosakit gamay ang joint..

    I personally use these exercises before my shoulder and chest exercises, also tried this to remedy the same rotator cuff issues that I have, well it worked for me though im not sure if it will work for you... hope this helps

    mga guys! i wanna build some muscle! student ko and i have been lifting for a while na. i've seen some gains pero tungud sa akong pagka studyante ug pagka busy mag lisod ko usahay ug kaon tungud sa oras, and lisod sd e pili ug food kay ang mga food dapit sa school kay oily haha pero LAMI haha btaw guys unsay ika sugggest ninyo na meal plan na ma utilize nako ang mga foods dapit sa school like humba,manok,atay ana ba hahah thanks! PS: ectomorph/endomorph here
