I just notice here sa cebu our local government kay way action sa mga beggars sa dalan. I've been to some places sa Pinas y nabuhat man nila nga way beggars sa ilang lugar? worst kay kanang atubangan sa Cebu City Hall kanang Plaza Sugbo daghan kaau ug beggars then the government is trying to invite tourist to go there. instead of enjoying our time sa place kay nice, di na noon ka ganahan kay daghan cge mangayo. then nag pass pa sad silag anti mendicancy ordinance but y di man pd nila icontrol ang mga beggars sa street. useless ra ang ilang ordinance den wa sad di ai cla'y action in dealing with this people...

i am not against with them i just want that the local government will give attention to this people... kay most of the time mao ni cla venerable sa atong society...
