I had massive falling hair few months ago, what I did was instead of shampooing every other day and conditioner daily, I shampoo once a week and conditioner daily. I switch to milder shampoo (Dove) and conditioner. I find head and shoulders too concentrated. IMO

you may try olive oil with nisimindia. i also tried this i have beautiful hairs on my head
