just my 2 cents... if you are working as a customer representative.. you should entertain the customer the way they want to be treated.. regardless of thier status.. you must exceed the customer's expectations.. kung pde pa gani.. you do the extra mile .. yes, sometimes there are factors that affects our work.. but i think the best way to appreciate our work/job is to think "unsa kaha if wala koy trabaho"..

agree ko nimo ts. ana jud na ang customer service maski nman guro sila dila ganahan ug bad customer experience. mopalit or mo tan.aw lang dapat atimanon, who knows prospect buyer na toh puhon. pero ako sa istorya ra ko mamalit hahahaha. mas nindot ug customer service diri ang mga seller.

i remember posting my bad experience here in istorya about an employee's bad customer service.. weeks after, I got a sumon sa brgy. hahah. my very first sumon.

I have learned nga pasagdan nalng na cla kai wala jud na clay proper training anang customer service..

Ang kato mang employee ang nagpa.sumon. I wont go into details nlang kai samok na kaau to cya. To think, daghan kaau clag sayop nga pamaagi nga pwede kaau nko masumbong sa DTI pero wala nlang. I dont want to waste another minute of my time with people like him. Enough!




The good thing was.. ang kapitan ra ang nihusay namo and kaila ra namo ang kapitan. hahahha!
