death penalty is actually an easy way out for ruthless criminals if we think about it...
justice wise, i'd have to say NO kay a person must live with the consequences of his actions
and in the Spiritual side, at least that person gets a chance to repent and right the wrongs while enduring the consequences..
understanding values he neglected while appreciating life.
