naa pai rumors na dili napud daw lisod mag apply ug visa kay nigawas na ang immigration reform..pero take time pasad na cya pero atleast dili na hago sa mga tao

green card can petition there dependent(s) if you have a stable job if none. No can do. it takes more than 5yrs to wait also for a petition to be active. there is a backlog of such thing. as of now august 2006 pa ang gi tawag. just imagine now is 2013.

becoming a citizen is much faster i think 3 to 6mos process. with or without a job.

what i understand is if person is out of status, and a highly skilled person. they can now apply for immigrant status.
especially for those nurses who came and didnt have a job. but studied Nurse Practitioner. they can easily be accommodate.
per fox news Obamacare needs these kind since additional 30m health care beneficiaries will be added. and MDs is a shortage.
