theres no point on comparing the 2 devices... Note2 is a phablet while ipad mini is purely a tablet.

if you want to have an all in one device surely note2 is for you... if youre happy with ur current phone and wants to buy a tablet that is more handy, then ipad mini is the best option.

I sold my note 2 for ipad mini everything i needed to do on note 2, i can do better and faster with ipad mini coz of the big screen ( less the phone capabilities ofcourse ) afterall ipad mini is just abit 100 grams more heavy than note 2 and u get a screen size thats more than twice of the note 2

Admit it, its much nicer to browse the net, watch movies/pics on bigger screen

Samsung Galaxy Note 2 tawon oi. Seriously, why would you compare a phablet (phone+tablet) with a tablet. Galaxy Note 2 is/has the capability and is a phone while having the benefits of a tablet, iPad Mini on the other hand is just a tablet without having the capability of being a phone, phablet (phone+tablet). Also, the advantage of the Galaxy Note 2 is that it has an expansion slot where you can expand its disk space up to 64gb. So, even if it's 16gb, and if you buy 64gb micro sd and put it in your 16gb galaxy note 2 then it'll be 16gb+64gb = a total of 80gb space, that's bigger than the iPad Mini's highest model, which is the 64gb.

If sa tablet wise hinuon, between tablet to tablet, I'd choose iPad Mini.

Unless if someone releases a mod that makes and turns the iPad Mini into a phone like what they did to the iPad 1(c/o iPhoneIslam) then that would be another story coz that would be awesome if they did it to the iPad Mini.
