I generally don't go to the cinema here because the crowds are so noisy. Full-on cellphone conversations during a movie are not uncommon and too many folks seem oblivious to their anti-social and frankly rude behavior. The theater should be the first choice for experiencing film; when watching at home is far more preferable then you know there really is a problem.

i don't know why such a petty issue should need a senator to legislate it.... yes, its damn annoying when gadgets interrupt the show but establishments can solve this issue without the law... it seems like we need a law for everything now....

wow seriously stupidity this days requires legal reinforcement... the intention are good, but it could be much better kung ang tupad mismo ang modukol.... its cheaper and faster that way!!

one of this days a lawmaker from some other country or diri would pass a law to make prohibit the improper use of punctuations... and then i could go to jail... i suck at punctuation... hahahahaha

It's such a petty issue indeed . This should be handled by local gov'ts NOT the senate but too bad most local gov'ts there are busy working on "other stuff"
