we've been running a Hardware business for like 5yrs+ already and sa akong pagkahinumdum ang amu employees mu-minimum jud ug a year..
if accusations are true, and basing on the response of the owner, ma psycho jud nato nga medyo naai problema sa pagpadagan jud sa company.

Yes I know but that's not the way u must treat your employees most especially when under pressure coz' we do understand you..Even for a month I did recognize your attitude and the way u handle your so-called "stupid employees" but i do appreciate you saying "sorry". Yes sometimes I hurt the feeling of the employees and Iam not denying that . There are times that an employeer was expecting too much from the employee and tends to forget his capability to handle the work . But let me explain my side of story why I accidentally hit the eyebrow of the certain employee . She forgot to order the materials supposedly to be used that night for our project and she even argued with me infront of you . The most disappointing from her was , a week before she was given a 30K loan without interest to ease her financial problems . I know I should have not done the thing that hurt her but Iam only human and I made mistake . Just like you and others , you also make mistakes in life . I cant correct the pass but I makesure it wont happen again . But for those employees who cheated the company , I have no regret how you were treated here because you deserve it . " Cheated " , I mean like using facebook during office hours, being absent without leave and turning off their cellphones , leaving the company without prior notice , etc... etc...
I disagree with you. There is no such perfect employeer and this goes the same as no perfect employee . It is only a matter of adjusting and accepting the truth . Fyi, we have employees who are with us since we open our business 18 years ago .
But you must be honest also that most of the employees now are stupid , lazy , and dishonest to their work . All they're thinking on how to earn more with less work . Even how good you treat them well , 6 out of 10 employees are not sincere to their jobs . And this is the reality we have to face as employeer .
