Bai nzo, wala ko idea but I shared last year na gi-postpone sa organizers last year then idayun run. Ako gi-Google run, wala man search results. Hulat lang ta ani. Nindot ang original plans last year kay lain lain sports events in different locations in Cebu province like siguro water sports sa Lapu-Lapu guro, then kani bodybuilding basin diri ra Cebu City. Hopefully ma gamit ra CICC para usa ra main location pero last year sa South Reclamation daw unta to kay basin naa mga big area sports. Ako guro I'll visit bodybuilding/resistance training related exercises or kani mga MMA or Mua-Thai. Curious man gud ko kung mas paspas ako weight loss + strength improvement kung MMA exercises (dili lang ko makig sumbagay kay sakit na, ha ha).
@Intruder26: I don't understand your concern. Why would your large shoulders make people think you're gay? I can only assume that when you wear a large t-shirt, your body fits it nicely and and that your shoulders and upper arms become prominent and you appear like Metrosexuals who like tight-fit shirts. Is this your concern?

Take each set to failure: I’m not a big fan of training to failure; however, when training with light weights it’s necessary to take each set to the point of exhaustion. With heavier loads (eg, 4-6 rep max) you can get away with avoiding failure because the load is heavy enough to recruit your largest motor units, even if you don’t reach failure.
For muscle growth, the motor units must be fatigued. If you can do 25 push-ups but you stop that set at 19 or 20 reps, there won’t be enough fatigue to stimulate growth through an increase in protein synthesis. Research by Burd, et al (2010) shows that training with light loads (30% of max) can result in the same level of increased protein synthesis as heavy loads (90% of max), provided you take those high rep sets to failure.
Training to “failure” can mean different things to different people. My definition: when you can no longer achieve a full range of motion rep with perfect form you’ve reached failure. Don’t push beyond that point.

regarding sa diet bah... my daily protein intake shud be 150g - 165g/protein to build muscle and always jud na nako maabot sumtyms malapas pjud pero d jud na muobus ug 150g...nya sa carbs is around 400g and fats 100g so mga almost 3000 cal daily jud dapat to gain...pero my problem is sa carbs mga 350g ug fats 50g almost ako maabot..bali 2500 cal almost ra ko per day...naa bay chance jafun mudako ko?..or unsa bai result kung ing-ani ra akong diet sir?... salamat daan boss xen... im using myfitnesspal d.i sir...
The Diet pills are some what good to use for the purpose of weight loss, But cannot recommend them as far as my knowledge is concerned. I thought that the best diet can be obtained by taking the food in the correct format, following a plan with all the necessary supplements included in it. Eating real good food that contains proteins, nutrients, carbohydrates and all other necessary supplements makes our body stood fit.
