I totally agree with you Boss but as for now I have not much capital to open up a business of my choose plus not much vacant time for now coz I'm working. Well... that's my goal. Thank for the advice.

@rickyc, I redeemed it all. Was searching for other investment types. Went to BPI Family; attended seminars sa ila uban products... Ang ma remember nako last was Retail Treasury Bills. Okay2x rpud pero grabeh ka long term. Sa karon, ni stop sako ky what fits me kana mn okay ang return unya short term. Di na lang ko mo dive deeper bout unsa ako gi-invest ron, hehe.

Mutual Funds, UITFs, Treasury Bills & bonds, Money Market/ Stock Market, Special deposit accounts, etc ky dapat extra najud siya nga fund. Pra di nimo i-preterminate in times you need to cash out. Mas makita nimo ang dagan if long term. Rates are fluctuating so at least ma balance out in time labi na sa mutual fund, sige na nila sudlan so ang starting rate niya maglain2x... Di na kailangan mag sige monitor sa rate ky time-comsuming and labad2 lang sa ulo. What they did ky nag.sige og in so maka timing kag taas and ubos and when getting the average interests, nindot ra ang yield.

Sa UITF, la nako check2 sa rates or if ever mo view ko, di nako makasulti nga taas ron or ubos ky la na nako na monitor ang current navpu brackets. Mag-benchmark rmn ko ato. Pero you can ask sa bank rmn sa ilang standing and running navpu's for a given period of time. Not sure with the navpu's though. Ang standing hinuon, yearly basis.

Historically, most Mutual Funds perform better than UITF.
Last year, only index tracking UITF's are head-to-head with most equity base Mutual Funds.
And, most equity(stock) MF's last year are around 30% returns...

Overall, FAMI's SALEF (stock base MF) has one of the best if not the best sa performance in the 3years/5years annualized returns.
    SALEF (annualized)
    1Yr - 27.50%
    3yr - 34.17%
    5yr - 22.15%

That's cool , I think for me, 20% and up the returns are good enough.

That way walay additional expenses, only tax and minor deductions.

Lisod ni nga question bro. Kay in my own opinion almost the same raman sila.
They both have managers sa imong fund nga mokuha ug percentage every year from your base capital.
