Diba less than $40 ang exchange rate sa Paypal karon. To entice buyers, your rate should be a bit lower than how much Paypal is offering.

There are a lot of paypal exchangers who buys cheaper than paypal exchange rate and selling it for high price which I think would not be less than 44. I can even link them if they want. sulit.com.ph naa daghan dha.
