well as per sir Ted Madamba, one of the speakers during nikon patrol, " ay mog tuo ana tanan sa ilang rules, if you think nindot imung kuha i.submit lang" hehehe, and its somewhat true.. here a set of sinulog photo winners from flickr.. as u can see dghan au nidaog na deviant sa rules..
