haahaha...i was laughing as i read through this thread...younger generations are mostly like this...they speak of high pay (not to mention specifying it. isn't it covered by any confidentiality clause?), stability (even if its on an outsourced contract), and all...i think these are only a few of the reasons one can become really happy and contented...there are other bigger reasons...think about what are these bigger reasons first before doing any comparisons whatsoever
