    Instead of jogging, I suggest you do short sprints instead. And one of the main factors in losing one's gut is your diet. You need to eat the right food. And if you are doing weight lifting, you should focus in doing exercises where you can lift more. Contrary to popular belief, the way to get great abs is not to focus on it too much.
