check ang model sa imong mobo if naay built-in lan card or tan-awun nimo if naay saksakanan sa rj45
yupz, correct si slackboy.
pero if your not satisfied with the built-in lan card sa mobo, you can always buy a good lan card for backup purposes
what does the lan card look like at the back of the cpu? i cant seem to find it.. in the device manager there is no network adapters installed.. seems that i have no built in lan card in my mobo (ASUS PS4533/333/133)
really? but i cannot find the land card at the back of my cpu.. i saw the picture and i cannot find the port at the back that looks like that one from the telephone.. but when i explored the installation cd of my mobo and i found a driver for the land card but when i installed it and restart my pc the lan card cannot still be detected in the device manager.. guess there no built-in..Originally Posted by Testbox

@chillax
the one on the pic is not an onboard lan. thats a lan card (separate hardware). the one you should look for is embedded on the mobo. slightly bigger than the rj11 phone socket which is an rj45 socket. if there's none then you should purchase a lan card. not all mobos (even of the same model) have the same peripherals present. maybe yours doesn't have one on it
but why is there a driver installer for the lan?
