I talked with Unionbank before about that and they said it works as long as you have the 3 number CV ID. In Unionbank Visa Electron cards, the number is not printed on the back like a regular credit card but on the same slip they give you with your PIN.

@dubioz.. what type of payment are they accepting? my paypal just got blocked yesterday for inputting wrong expanded use number 3 times.. hehehe.. do they accept visa electron as method of payment?

Nakasuway ko aning 1and1 until now wala pa nako gigamit ang domain ky di cla mo allow ug taas nag alias.. maong akong gi tranfer sa CUBiTHost - Shared Hosting Solutions mas maayo pa dha,bootan pang tag iya..tabangan paka..

Pasenxa sa taga 1and1,ky wala gyud ko ma satisfied sa inyung serbisyo..
