If you say so- but then don't you think it's highly probable that it's also being done with Jonkie's Jollibee's franchises? After all- it's Ouano owned too. And maybe that will also explain why they've got so many in so short a time as Zahara mentioned. Unexplained wealth as they say. Now is the time for the current Mandaue mayor there to look into these rumors and expose them if it's true. Maybe that was why there was a mass leave of absence when he took over. I'm sure OIC Mayor Seno will uncover a lot if he knows what or where to look.
