pwede man basta di lang klaru or over i.check lang ang rules (katong gi post ni system32` I think around page 40ish) for a mas completeo nah rules (basically same ra gud as last year pero gi limit nah ang entries)

A call to all Photographers Shooting the Sinulog - In behalf of Cebu Photo Alliance (CPA) which is composed of most Photography Clubs in Cebu, we would like to remind everyone about the Photographers Etiquette when shooting this years Sinulog:

1. YOU ARE NOT ALONE. The Sinulog Festival is an event not only for photographers but for everyone with spectators from all over. So please respect others. It is not your regular photo shoot. If you want to take close up shots of people do it during preparation and not the parade itself while on going. You will be blocking most photographers.
2. BE AWARE. When you are taking photos, you do not own the road and have the luxury to stay there even when you are reviewing your shots or plainly waiting. Remember there are also photographers at your back, on the side and event on the other end trying to compose the shot. You would ruin it at the same time blocking the flow of the parade.
3. YOUR ARE NOT INVISIBLE. Sometimes when we are so preoccupied shooting we forget that there are others shooting with us. Please respect the Photographers line and not make your own.
4. RESPECT OTHERS. You cannot be shooting the same thing over and over again. Give chance to others. Make use of the time and move on.
5. ENJOY AND BE SAFE. This is a celebration. A Festival. Let us enjoy it together with our fellow Photographers. We do not want trouble. So do not ask for it.

2. Proper decorum and behavior is required all Sinulog photo contest participants. Please do not disrupt any mass proceedings, processions or other solemn events.
3. During the Sinulog Grand Street Parade on January 20, 2013. Sinulog photo contest participants must wear their official ID’s in their neck lines. ID’s must be visible at all time when photographer is within the Sinulog dance route. Failure to wear the ID will result immediate confiscation of the ID, immediate exit from the dance route and possible disqualification from the contest.
4. Furthermore on January 20, 2013, Sinulog photo contest participants must wear the Sinulog Photographers vest or shirt provided by the Sinulog Foundation. Failure to wear the shirt/vest will result immediate confiscation of the ID, immediate exit from the dance route and possible disqualification from the contest.

warn lang ko ha,, kay last last year daw 2011,, ana akong ig.agaw naay photograper nga gi yab.an ug mineral water sa mga tawo kay gisamokan daw kay nag sayaw ang usa ka entry nag patunga man nuon. dili lng cya sure if participant ba to sa photo contest.

ug last year, 2012... naa sad gi syagitan nga photographer kay naa sa tunga sa nanayaw,,, nag huwat ko nga naay mo lupad nga botelya sa mineral water... hahaha! bitaw, d lang nya ta mag paabot nga ang mga tawo maoy ma suko kay kabalo nka, sa kadaghan sa tawo dili tanan ana pasensyoso.

pede ra d i idol? kay raw man gud ang e submit, nya kung e edit, ma transform as jpeg....kay kung pede, basta gamay nga retouch, payr.....
