best OS for netbook

hello! pa-help lang sa mga experts jan or mga experienced..

as the title says, what is the best OS for a typical netbook (atom n2600, 2g ddr3)?
ok lang ba mag windows 7 ulimate? or masyadong mabigat para sa specs?
so ano marerecomend nyo na best version ng windows 7?

windows XP boss.. bisan unsaon nimo ug tweak imong 7, hinay ghapon.. hehehe...

had an issue with my acer netbook before using 7 that's why i downgraded it to XP.

if naai OS kuyog kato nalng gamiti pero if wala and pang surfing rah for my my vote goes to ubuntu

windows 7 ultimate runs ok in Neo Basic Netbook, just disable lang ang mga features like aero... if you really want optimize OS... go for ubuntu...

Nice ang ubuntu man pero wala man sad kaau naka ila ana intawn oist... Hahaha! Basin pati pag facebook kay maglisod imong mga parents! Or atong uyab! Hahaha! Exag ra nako to make a point i know user friendly ra sad sya pero mas daghan man ga gamit ug iOS nowadays oppsss hahaha! Windows bitaw! Id recommend windows 7 starter edition bai! Its the lightest windows 7 and even faster than windows xp but u will have to give up some of the windows 7 features... Ü mao sad na ang gi release sa windows for netbook gyud... Its almost like windows ultimate na gidisable ang mga feature but it saved you from the hassle of disabling it! Pero akong sis sang una, ako gi install na OS sa iyang emachine na netbook kay ultimate man... Ok ra man sya! Ü as long as di ka mag expect na modagan diablo3 or sc2... =)

windows xp raman jud ang nindot kung sa netbook, kay 128mb ra iya built in video card, integrated pajud, mao mas nindot ang xp prof. sa netbook

funny though, i dont recall that facebook OS-dependent, and digital migrant people cant or having hard time using it... when the browser use in windows is the same browser in ubuntu... and in ubuntu that application is already spoon feed unlike windows you still need to stir it before you can drink it...
