Would you agree that a boss should be always correct?

Mga ka istoryans,

Para naku ang atong mga boss gibutang sila ana ilahang position because they must have showed exceptional performance sa una or basin sipsip lang.. lol. But that necessarily mean nga tama sila all the time. As far as I could recall sa akong mga boss sa una kay they are the ones nga kalmado but they would like you also to criticize them since they would like to improve. Ang isa ka boss nga dili gani kabalo mudawat ug criticism doesn't have the right to lead. He/she must remember that in a leadership role there's two important things that you must remember: 1. You are to impart to you subordinates the things that you have learned and 2. You are also to learn from them.. just my two cents..

not all the time theyre correct..but f subordinate raka u can always make proposals. actually, mao sad na imo role
like f naa ka makit-an na prob, its its not gud to bring it up to him without the proposed solution. maybe imo solution is correct but he always have the option to approve or disapprove.

Just do your job TS. And if it's part of the job to follow what your boss tells you (job related), then do it.

Also refer to your company policy, job description and Labor Laws if your boss doesn't violate it.
