    @Xenox - salamat kaay sa advice..bro kanang imong 5 set of 5, mga pila man sa ang weights akong alsahon ana...sa pagka karon..gd basing of the weights in our small gym, ang naka butang did2 sa barbell plates. kay 11lbs, ako na gamit para sa upper muscles..since new pa gyd ko, unsa man gyd ang ideal weights nga alsahon, enough naba na ang 25lbs for 1 month program routine?

    Subjective na siya. Base it on your strength. Use enough weight to CHALLENGE you. Dapat permi ga progress imong strength.

    sa pagka karon gd bro..kay its my 6th day this monday na..using 20lbs pa gihapon..kay try nako ang 25lbs...dili na maka abot sa 8 hehehehe...ako pa g pa sanay ang akong muscles kay basin maparehas last time, nga lisod e saka lisod e sanina kay sakit kaau..

    pero salamat kaau sa info...cguro mag add lang ko 2lbs kada day para mag increase sya...

    What's the best way to trim down abdominal core? Seems like ive done everything! crunches, sit ups, pull ups, cardio, boxing... nothing works!

    proper nutrition...

    pramis you can lose that abdominal fat or any fat deposits sa body (given na dli ka obese...) if you have your nutrition in check as in airtight surgical precision..i may have not reached the "airtight surgical precision" but have been experimenting a "strict" nutrition plan with minimal exercise and i had visible improvements visually and on the scales...so technically sa kaon jud ni mugikan kung unsay progress ug development nato...
