    ako nlng gi ad2 sa shop sa ako gi palitan ang unit... ila gi reflash nlng... ang app diay boss kay viber, go sms, wifi file transfer...

    That happens when an app is not properly uninstalled. Remnant datas are left in /data/data or /data/dalvik-cache and it makes the phone thinks you still have the app installed. Best way to do it is search those directories and delete em manually...it saves you the headache of reflashing...
