Xerneas is a Fairy-type. Its exclusive move, Geomancy, "features rainbow-colored light that erupts from the earth around it," while its Fairy Aura buffs all other Fairy Pokemon in battle.

Yvetal is a Flying Dark-type Legendary Pokemon, with an Oblivion Wing attack that fires "a powerful beam of red light that scorches the ground below." The Dark Aura ability boosts Dark Pokemon stats.

O-Powers "allows players the ability to easily power up Pokémon in their party and provides other benefits." You can share these powers with other online or local players to, for instance, "increase a Pokémon’s stats, while others make it easier to catch wild Pokémon or increase the Experience Points gained in battle."
