problem is, these are the very people who make them "laws"... ergo, there is no end in sight. hard to accept but maybe this is because of the Pinoy's "bagag nawng" attitude. if we had the pride of the koreans and japanese, those who would have been found corrupt in public office should be all dead by suicide by now.
