Kinsay naay problema dri sa Lahug area, beside UP? Wala najud koy net since monday evening.. nibalik kadali yesterday morning mga 30 min.

I would like to ask if there are other complaints of DSL disconnections in Cebu, Lahug area? I am having problems in my internet connection lately, this has been happening since a month ago (December last year).
At first it was bearable, the line disconnects but reconnects after a while (around 30 min). But now, I don't have internet connection at all. I thought it was because of my old modem (maybe its dying), and so I replaced it with my unused modem+Wifi router that came for free when I upgraded my plan, I reserved it for this purpose, but then the problem stays the same, so I guess it is not on my side anymore.
I am sending you guys this email because I don't have a dial tone anymore, therefore I am unable to call 171 or 172 for support. Hope you can reply right away, I'll be waiting for your response.
