    Kinsay naay problema dri sa Lahug area, beside UP? Wala najud koy net since monday evening.. nibalik kadali yesterday morning mga 30 min.

    Nisend nakog complaint sa pldt.. huwat rako sa reply... Dili ko katawag gud kay walay dial tone..

    I would like to ask if there are other complaints of DSL disconnections in Cebu, Lahug area? I am having problems in my internet connection lately, this has been happening since a month ago (December last year).

    At first it was bearable, the line disconnects but reconnects after a while (around 30 min). But now, I don't have internet connection at all. I thought it was because of my old modem (maybe its dying), and so I replaced it with my unused modem+Wifi router that came for free when I upgraded my plan, I reserved it for this purpose, but then the problem stays the same, so I guess it is not on my side anymore.

    I am sending you guys this email because I don't have a dial tone anymore, therefore I am unable to call 171 or 172 for support. Hope you can reply right away, I'll be waiting for your response.

    Hello, mangutana lng unta ko if kinsay tga Lilo-an diri? Naa bay coverage ang PLDT sa Tayud,Lilo-an? Im planning mn gud to change my provider from Globe to PLDT kay di najud mada ilang serbisyo, napungot najud mi, ngpangutana mn ko diri sa amo area naa man sa daw sa Yati,Lilo-an and since duol raman pud ning amoa sa Yati basin naa. Wa mn gud koy time pra mo adto sa ila office sa bakilid kay pang gabii ako work, if ever naa mka provide ug no. sa PLDT agents diri, labing maau unta pra mkapangutana ko, salamat fellow istoryans

    kana pa lang walay dial tone, ang linya mismo naay problema.. dle na sa modem or sa equipment, basta sa linya na either sa gawas or sa sulod sa inyong balai. FYI kung dialon gani imong tel no. , nya mag cge lang og ring, meaning open connection, kung not accessible meaning shorted/grounded.

    hay nako igu rako ka suway 1 week way problema sa internet karon cge ka DC nsad ug hinay kalit ang net! nya ang ping ky 531 atak

    paeta nibalik nasad ug ka DC akong net! niya sige ko ug tawag mag.sige ko ug bitbit sa telepono for more than 20mins wala gyud motubag. usahay kay mo.totot lang ug kalit ang telepono naputol nasad diay. hahayz. kung magpaayo pud ka naa sad sila service charge. wew. paeta!
    sige kaguba = sige ka ug paayo = hidden charges = kwarta nasad ang PLDT. nice play PLDT! nice play!

    Na mangambot na lang jud ko aning PLDT kay sa oras nga in need ka ug help ilabi na parehas naku nga wala jud knowledge in terms sa pag trouble shoot, ingnun lang ka nga mag file ra sila ug ticket then tawagan lang ka after 24 hours. Ni puti na lang ako mata wala jud nanawag. Pero sulayi gani ninyo nga dili bayaran sila diba halos kada adlaw manawag kay mag cge ug remind and take note tag 8am pa sa buntag.

    Naa pay isa ka time nga pinaka worst jud kay nahulugan ug palwa sa lubi ang line sa PLDT diri sa among area so daghan mi nga nawalaan ug line sa PLDT. It took them 5 days ayha naibalik ang connection.
